To he quite honest as a spectator of the “Arsenic and Old Lace” I was completely mislead through my the entire showing. As Jonathan began to discover that his two harmless aunts are the reason why there is a dead body in the window trunk. I began to believe that the two woman took part in the cemetery services. There was something in my mind that wouldn't allow me to accept that two old woman were murders of over 12 individuals. I was not able to categorize them as being murders or "Bad" human beings. As the movie progressed and as Jonathan's brother was introduced I for one would have no problem believing he killed a couple of people himself. The way he carried himself for the get go as he snuck into his family house, to the way he talked to individuals put no doubt in my mind that he was a cold blood killer. As law enforcement got involved the two woman would have need to explain themselves on why there were 12 bodies in there basement. I kept thinking to myself I hop everyone is smart enough to blame it all on Jonathan's brother being that he is already accused of murdering 12 people around the world, and he has brought another victim with him. No one would have gotten wrongfully convicted and everyone could have gone back to there Daily routines.
I second this! Jonathan could've and should've maybe taken the blame for all of the deaths. He racked up a couple bodies, and thinks of it as a competition to have the most kills. He's also ready to kill his on brother. This is a terribly sour man, who should've been sent to spend the rest of his life in prison. If who he killed deserved to die had been shown and/or proven to be true is it another story? For instance a killer killing a killer. Taking a killer off the streets is a good deed. Taking a killer who kills killers off the street is putting the law back into the hands they belong in. People have the notion to believe that certain individuals have the right to holding sanctions. Federal charges and severe acts that break the law such as grand larceny get mishandled; when it's the job of the mislead individuals to carry out the consequences. People who have spent some time to understand certain specific laws should conduct these sanctions. I once spent some time in a facility that I couldn't leave until I earned the permission of one of the leaders. I spent time there for drugs. I had times where I felt I didn't deserve to be there. Only it was for me and for those that I associate with. It's better for society to rid it of drug attics then to let them be. This is why we have officers and guardians to enforce stability to maintain order. A killer like Jonathan should have at least been put in prison for his murders. The old ladies need prison time too. If Martha Stewart can do time so can they. Only I see them in a less intense detention center where their basic needs are accommodated.
